Our volunteers get to hear and do all sorts of things… you’d be surprised by the tales told and deeds done while spending time within the Riverlink volunteer community.

Your volunteer experience with Riverlink will have you meeting new people and leave you with a sense of making a difference in other people’s lives. You will not only have a fun day out but you will also get personal satisfaction and reward from knowing that others are enjoying themselves too.

Experience in working with children, young people or adults with a disability would be an advantage but not essential. A sense of humour is!

Applicants must be over 18 years of age and an Australian citizen/resident.
Our screening process requires:

  • Reference check
  • Interview with a Riverlink Service Coordinator
  • Police check
  • Working with children check
  • Orientation training with a Riverlink Service Coordinator

Riverlink has on-going volunteer opportunities throughout the year. We ask our volunteers upon commencement to volunteer a minimum of 12 times within a 12 month period.
