You can make a direct difference to people, their families and carers eager to live their life in an inclusive society.
There are three ways to ensure that your gift will make a difference:
- Make a Donation
- In Memoriam Gifts
1. Make a Donation
By making a tax deductible donation, you will be supporting thousands of people in your community to live a better life. One-off or regular monthly donations have a direct and immediate benefit to people with disability and their carers to get out in the community and to continue doing the things they enjoy while living at home.
Donations of $2.00 and over are tax deductible. Reg No. A 0037 563 T / ABN 43 977 6888 157
If you would like to make a donation towards the work of Riverlink please contact our Ray Palmer on (02) 9638 0999.
By choosing periodic donations you can change your donation amount, frequency or cancel at any time. You can choose to pay directly online via credit card, for amounts of $5 and over, via our donations payment facility – www.annecto.org.au/donate-online
2. In Memoriam Gifts
An In memoriam donation; in lieu of flowers at the funeral is a fitting way to honour the memory of a friend or loved one. Donations will have a direct and immediate benefit for people with a disability and their carers to achieve their goals and have lifestyles that increase their opportunities and links within the community.
Upon receipt of donations, Riverlink will send a letter to the next of kin to let them know of your kindness.
Personalised ‘In Memoriam’ donation coupons and reply paid envelopes are available from Riverlink. You may click here to download an In Memoriam donation coupon, or to request In Memoriam donation coupons, phone Riverlink on 9638 0999, or click here to download an application to request In Memoriam donation coupons.
In Memoriam donations should be posted to:
The Executive Officer
Riverlink Interchange Incorporated
Shop 8, 39 Bartlett Street
Ermington NSW, Australia 3117
If you request In Memoriam donations be gifted to Riverlink, the following wording is suggested for the funeral notice: In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Riverlink Interchange Inc., Shop 8, 39 Bartlett Street Ermington NSW 2115
When you remember Riverlink in your will, you become a partner in our life-changing work and leave a lasting legacy for future generations. This is why a bequest is often referred to as ‘the gift that never stops giving’. These gifts are generally used for capital development projects.
Giving hope for a brighter future
Your gift will assist people with a disability and carers to achieve their goals and have lifestyles that increase their opportunities and links within the community.
Bequests are often referred to as “the gift that never stops giving”. These gifts are generally used for capital development projects. If you would you like to leave a legacy, we recommend the following paragraph be included in your will.
“I give and bequeath the sum of $_______________ to Riverlink Interchange Incorporated of Shop 8, 39 Bartlett Street , Ermington NSW 2117 to be used for its general charitable purposes. I declare that the receipt of the Executive Officer or
Public Officer for the time being shall be a sufficient discharge to my Executors and Trustees who shall not be bound to see to the application thereof.”
If you intend to give a percentage of the residual estate or a specific asset to Riverlink, it is recommended your solicitor be contacted so that an effective provision is provided in the Will.
