These programs provide community access for young adults and adults who are living with disability and are aged 18 to 64 years. Activities take place on Saturdays, Wednesday and Friday evenings and depending on the program, run for 2 to 6 hours.

If you enjoy going out with your peers, making new friends, and visiting places in and around Sydney, while receiving the support you need, contact Riverlink for more information.

Here are just some of the activities our Adult groups do each week:

  • Tasting the cuisines of the world at restaurants
  • 10 Pin Bowling
  • Watching movies
  • Eating a picnic lunch at a lovely park
  • Popping along to a Festival such as Cronulla Spring Festival
  • Enjoying a delicious High Tea
  • Checking out the zoos
  • Playing Aqua Golf or Mini Golf
  • Seeing what is new at Sydney’s Museums such as the Maritime or Fire or Modern
  • Art Museum
  • Visiting many of the local Saturday markets
  • Having lunch at a café and, best of all, being with some friends for a few hours.
