executive coaching
My name is Pavica and I am a Case manager at Community Care (Northern Beaches)Ltd. I got in touch with Margaret Lagoni through The Practice Room Program, a 12 weeks training and practice development program organised by Zakumi Consulting Group. As a part of this training we had 2 coaching sessions with Margaret. I was really excited about this as my initial thoughts were that coaching was only available to executives and corporate people. I found my time with Margaret really good and beneficial as it helped me to clarify some of my professional goals and dilemmas. It has also enabled me to establish some clearer goals in future and to motivate me to work on some of my personal barriers which we identified together. It was good to work with you Margaret. Thanks.
some words from our compliments register
"I just wanted to let you know that I am very happy with Riverlink, the program is very well organised, I am very grateful for all the information and support I receive from Riverlink and everyone I have dealt with at Riverlink has been lovely.Keep up the good work!"
"There is not many people I trust to care for my son, I trust Riverlink and don't use any other respite service. Thankyou for peace of mind.”
"...the camp was well organised and I'm happy with the workers there. It's so reassuring to get feedback from the staff about my son when he's on camp - they're always so nice. Thankyou."
"I had very little understanding about the coaching experience before engaging Margaret. I knew that is was about me doing the talking and the coach doing the listening and reflecting what was heard. It turned out to be much more than that. After 2 sessions, I walked away with a profound sense of clarity and a greater understanding of myself, my reactions and how I had channeled my energy and focus at work. Attending coaching is a safe, secure and confidential manner to get to the heart of any self perceived problem. I look forward to future coaching sessions with Margaret as I realise my potential and ability to provide positive outcomes in my workplace."
"Dear Riverlink team, Thank you for all that you do for those participating in the Links programs."
"I believe that coaching is a wonderful resource, and am only sorry that I did not find it sooner. I believe that it is something that can be used alongside your personal or professional career as it encourages you to grow and builds self esteem and renews perceptions at the same time. I would love to recommend Margaret as a Life Coach, to whoever may be looking for that extra help or facing crisis or lost the passion for what they are doing."
“The coaching sessions with Margaret Lagoni was a new invention of me; knowing myself with a new view. She reflected on me as a clear mirror, where I can see my strengths, my abilities and my resources. I found myself – I have everything what I want”
"The drivers like driving the Riverlink 10 Up group and have said they find it satisfying and rewarding. One of the newer drivers is studying to be a male nurse and drives part time and has said that when he qualifies as a nurse he would still like to drive the 10 Up group occasionally as he enjoys it."
Mind Yourself©
"I value my new ability to set aside time to actually think and then write down where I am in life now, and where I want to be. About prioritizing and setting achievable, measurable goals for myself as a carer. About making sure I look after myself before I can properly look after others and incorporating a life plan to be able to do both successfully."
"Being able to appreciate the good things and manage the negatives. Achieving some personal peace. Not missing the good things in people on a daily basis. These are important things Mind Yourself has helped me to achieve."
"It means setting my personal; goals and achieving them."
"I love the Life planning – the ability to set realistic goals and objectives and the marshalling of enough energy/spirit to implement!"
"Setting goals for the future. Using ‘tools’ to help reach those goals. Learning to be consistent."
"I'm aware now of taking charge of my own life instead of just coming or going along without conscious decision-making."
"Taking time for myself to think about my future and what I need to be able to achieve my daily/weekly etc tasks. To set goals, to keep me focused and positive."
"It means planning for the future, about me and my family."
"I now know about setting achievable realistic goals – making time to do that on an almost daily basis – incorporating that into everyday life."
"I now know how to go about life planning in a concrete way. I can do some easy but highly effective things to help me set goals and have the proof that it works. The goals I set were achieved almost straight away after visualizing them and clarifying them (not in the way I thought they would, but in an amazing way anyway)."
"Life planning means living of life with me in the driver’s seat. I am in control of my life. If I want something to happen or not I am the only one who can determine this. Allowing someone else to be in control puts me in their plan for life. I am able to do this now thanks to the Mind Yourself Program"
"Having dreams and thinking say, 5 years from now and making them real. I live my life around planning for others and now after the Mind YourSelf© program, I can look at my life and say I am important and a person who can plan “myself” I can look for the future with happiness."
"It means planning for the future, about me and my family."

"I'm so pleased too see the great activities but more importantly the smile on our sons face!"
"My daughter obviously had a great time and it's so nice to see her making her own friends and participating in activities that I'm usually too tired to do with her."
"Watch our kids play sport, relax together BE TOGETHER. We had a lovely time at home in our own home where we sat and enjoyed the simple pleasures of life."
"Thank you so much to you and the team for a great camp. My son really enjoyed himself."
"Danny loves camps, he loves the whole experience of the bus trip, sleeping away from home and especially the discos. Danny doesn't get the opportunity to have sleep overs at his friends houses for the weekends so camp is ideal for his personal centred planning giving him quality community participation time with his peers. Danny is a happy 18 year old who loves life and loves to have many opportunities to have FUN. THANK YOU FOR GIVING DANNY THESE CAMPS."
"I congratulate the wonderful staff with their endless patience, smiles and generosity towards our son. Thank you, we are lucky."
"Provide quality respite support for my son when required, and provided him with oppotunities to socalise with his peers and participate in activities he enjoys."
