If so, Riverlink Interchange Inc. is giving Carers the ultimate opportunity to participate in a personal wellness and development Program.

The Program was developed and offered in 2005 and due to popular demand, Riverlink is re-investing in this popular and successful support service for carers.

Whether it’s to get a new job, enrol in study, improve relationships, get fit and healthy or have a complete “life change” this Program will help you get there in a planned, motivated and supported way.

Introduction

The Mind YourSelf Program is not about Carers. Nor is it about caring. This unique program is about you. Together with others, the Mind YourSelf© Program will help you to explore what you want to do for yourself and how to do it. Planned, wanted change is not easy, because if it were, you would have done it by now.

The Mind YourSelf© Program is not complex. It is about understanding the link between theory and how you think about and do, whatever it is you do. It is also about investment. Investing in you as an individual for whatever you choose to do.

The Program has been specifically developed using a “life coaching” framework. Essentially this framework brings together theories of psychology, health promotion, and planning to achieve positive goals for individuals.

The key pre-requisite of all particpants, once accepted into the Program is a commitment to seeing it through.
