Planned, wanted change is not easy, because if it were, you would have done it by now.
The Mind YourSelf© Program will help you to explore what you want, create a life plan or goal for yourself and then make it happen.
This unique program is not about being a carer or about your caring role, it’s about you!
The Mind YourSelf© Program is not complex. It is about understanding the link between theory and how you think about and do, whatever it is you do. It is also about investment. Investing in you as an individual for whatever you choose to do.
The Program has been specifically developed using a “life coaching” framework. Essentially this framework brings together theories of psychology, health promotion, and planning to achieve positive goals for individuals.
The key pre-requisite of all participants, once accepted into the Program is a commitment to seeing it through.
