Riverlink Interchange Inc. is a not-for-profit organisation recognised as a leader in innovative, flexible support service provision, driven by the needs of Participants and Carers.
Riverlink provides support for people with disabilities, their carers and family. Participants with varying levels of disability including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Intellectual Disability and many other Physical Disabilities benefit from the community access programs, camps, social and recreational activities and in-home support provided by Riverlink’s caring and professional staff.
Riverlink’s qualified staff and volunteers help make every-day that much easier for Participants and Carers.
A wide range of support services are available in areas stretching from the Lower North Shore of Sydney to the Cumberland-Prospect region in the west of Sydney.
The key of our service delivery is person-centred planning, through engaging both the Participant and their Carer (or nominated advocate) in discussions to assess the support needs required, individual learning goals and what is to be achieved through our service.
